About Me
I'm a working interdisciplinary artist and arts educator, currently pursuing my MFA in Sculpture at Bard College. I hold a BFA from Cooper Union and have nearly a decade of experience teaching art to students of all ages and levels - from young beginners to aspiring professionals. My background spans painting, drawing, sculpture, costume design, and conceptual practices. My background gives me insight not just in how to make art technically, but how to build a lifestyle that centers creative work, from technical skills to navigating the realities of the contemporary art world.
What Sets My Teaching Apart

Student-Centered: I don’t follow a one-size-fits-all curriculum. Together we’ll create a custom learning plan based on your goals, interests, and timeline.
-
Experienced in Admissions: I have extensive experience in portfolio development for college applications. My students have been accepted to top programs at Cooper Union, RISD, Parsons, Pratt, SVA, FIT, Carnegie Mellon, and more.
